Fraser MacDougall - CEO
Fraser is an entrepreneur and investor passionate about building businesses in health and wellness, cannabis/hemp, eComm, media and tech. Prior to co-founding digital payment company, NetCents Technologies, Fraser started his career building a marketing & media agency (acquired in 2014 by a leading US financial publisher). Fraser is the Founder and CEO at BlueSky Wellness, an eComm company focused on plant-based health, as well as co-founder at Maverick Brands. The growth stage agency & accelerator invests in, builds and scales brands across CPG, Cannabis, Wellness and Tech.
Keith Dolo - President
Keith is a seasoned executive and CPA. After 13 years at Fortune 500 company Robert Half International (NYSE:RHI), he founded and acted as CEO at Sproutly (CSE:SPR) one of Canada's early Licensed Producers in the Cannabis space.
In addition, Keith serves as a partner with venture capital fund Greenbridge Capital and Nautilus Ventures and is a co-founder at Maverick Brands.
Melise Panetta - Sales & Marketing
Melise is one of the most accomplished CPG executives in Canada. With over 20 years as a Senior Marketing and Sales leader, she has an extensive track record guiding teams at Fortune 100 companies including SC Johnson, General Mills and PepsiCo. Melise has spent the last 5 years managing teams at multiple cannabis companies, delivering unparalleled growth and profitability, including serving as President at BevCanna and CCO at Sproutly.
Ted Moskovitz - Operations
Former SEC Attorney turned entrepreneur, investor, and advisor specializing in SaaS, Cannabis, Performance Medicine, and Blockchain Technology. Ted is the Founder of Decentranet, Featured Labs, & Apollo Scheduling. In addition, Ted is a Techstars mentor as well as serves on the Advisory Board of over fifteen companies.
Alex - Business Development
Alex Chwaiewsky is a pioneer in the hemp industry and co-founder at Manitoba Harvest - which grew to become the largest vertically integrated Hemp food manufacturer in the world - selling to Tilray for $420M. Alex's passion for health & wellness has seen him co-found, advise and invest in dozens of brands creating impact in their communities.
